GCI and QELi are delighted to announce a partnership promoting growth coaching-focused professional development programs for educators in Queensland. QELi, with the support of GCI, will take its already highly successful Brisbane-based coaching programs directly to schools and regions across Queensland to offer localised professional development opportunities.
Coaching in education is increasingly recognised as a key element in strong leadership and a crucial component in driving sustainable school improvement.
This partnership furthers our commitment to enhancing learning outcomes for students in Queensland and enables educators in regional areas to experience highly regarded coaching programs – Introduction to Leadership Coaching, Coaching Accreditation Program and Peer Coaching – that have made such a positive impact for others over the years.
GCI's purpose and mission is to enhance the quality of conversations in education communities and, with the support of the Queensland education community, we will support QELi to continue to empower leaders to improve student, school and system outcomes through high quality professional learning.

Excellent – all around. I can sense the development of my skills from the beginning of the course to the end. This gives me great satisfaction.
The bit of information, then practice/or discuss format worked well – I was always engaged, thinking and reflecting.
"Very valuable program with lots to take away."
“I really found that this PD gave me clarity in regards to coaching. Appreciated the time to practice and be interactive.”
“The training has changed the conversations staff have into solution focused and improvement focused agendas. The result has been a large number of them starting innovative projects and coaching each other to practice teaching skills that are most likely to produce high level student outcomes. This has happened without pressure and purely in a learning frame.”
"Loved it – challenging, though provoking and a time of sharing/learning."
"Fantastic, relevant, practical, research based workshop"
