Irene Harding

Irene has a diverse history of educational leadership and experience in coaching. She has worked as a teacher, school principal, senior education officer and assistant regional director for school improvement and early childhood services. Irene is recognized for her ability to develop the leadership capacity of teams and individuals. She is an attentive listener who builds respectful and trusting relationships with clients. Values, integrity and professional approach underpin her work and her coaching.

Irene holds a Masters of Education from University of Melbourne as well as a Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Librarianship both from the University of Melbourne. She also has a Diploma of Teaching Primary/Early Years from Deakin University and a Diploma Human Resource Management from College for Adult Learning.

With a love of learning and personal and professional development, Irene is an Accredited GCI Coach and a Graduate of Harvard Institute for School Leadership Summer School: “Education the Evolving Vision,” Harvard Graduate School of Education (2007). She is also Genos certified (2016) and a Certified Trainer: Giving & Receiving Feedback, Achieve Global.
